This elegant 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the second floor above the Springdale Visitor Center. This is the only unit that is situated apart from the Watchman 4-plex structure.
The Aspen is a well-appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with all of the comforts and amenities of a 1300 square foot home along with 1500 square feet of outdoor living and lounge area, complete with a private hot tub and view of Zion National Park. The layout features an open concept with a full kitchen, dining table with bar counter stools, living area with sofa pullout bed, and built-in writing desk. The master bedroom features 1 king bed and an en-suite spacious bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features 2 plush queen size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Aspen also features a stacked washer/dryer. Suitable for couples, families, and friend getaways. Please note that this unit is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for those having medical issues involved with going up and down stairs. extended stay discounts.
